Talenza has been engaged by one of Australia's financial services providers to source to a Senior Business Process Analyst with expertise in complex transformations to join a board funded 3 year transformation. This role is key to supporting a operations team to uplift key processes, ensuring compliance with evolving standards while enhancing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse current-state regulatory processes and identify areas for improvement
• Design and document future-state processes aligned with compliance and business objectives
• Collaborate with stakeholders across risk, compliance, legal, and operations
• Support implementation of process changes and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements
• Provide expert input into regulatory reporting and governance frameworks

Requirements:

• 6+ years in business process analysis, with experience in banking or financial services
• Prior experience on complex banking programs involving workflow tool implementations (highly advantageous)
• Prior exerience working with operations teams to enhance key processes (advantageous)
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Proven ability to work on complex transformation projects
• Lean Six Sigma qualifications (advantageous)
