Our NSW Government client are hiring for a highly capable People Services Consultant to join their organisation. This role will provide support across the employee lifecycle assisting all employees. This will involve identifying opportunities to improve the employee experience, workflow processes, customer support services and promote an agile, flexible approach to service delivery.
Role Title: People Services Consultant
Contract Role Till: 3-month initial contract.
Daily Pay: 395 - $433 + Super per day.
Location: Sydney CBD (2000)/ WFH Hybrid. 50% in office and 50% working from home.
Key Accountabilities:
- Manage the analysis and dissemination of complex interface technical information and business rules across teams, enabling informed decisions and service improvements.
- Provide consistently high-quality customer service by interpreting and resolving first-contact enquiries from internal customers and external vendors in a fast-paced employee services environment.
- Process a range of operational HR transactions across the business accurately and efficiently, referencing employee services knowledge articles to ensure transactions are consistently executed according to requirements.
- Manage end to end administration process of onboarding, offboarding and other employee lifecycle changes.
- Promote self-service through educating and coaching all employees on how to use the tools provided e.g ServiceNow, SuccessFactors, Intranet and other HR systems.
- Ensure the timely and effective resolution of tasks, providing feedback to the customer to ensure they are aware of the progress of their enquiry and/or transaction and work across more than one team where required to meet operational needs.
- Achieve the required employee services performance goals in terms of customer satisfaction, efficiency and effectiveness of services provided.
- Support the Employee Experience team across all matters and projects.
Requirements for consideration:
- An ability to provide a high standard of customer service in a business support role ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions relating to the employee lifecycle.
- Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft office.
- A range of experience in supporting human resources activities.
