Position: Delivery Consultant - CRM Platform
Location: Darwin, Northern Territory
Salary: $1,000 - $1,200 per day (inclusive of super)
Contract Type: 12-Month Day Rate Contract

As the business expands across the APAC region, they are seeking a Darwin-based Delivery Consultant to oversee CRM solution delivery and drive local business growth through strong client relationships and pipeline development.
About the Role
This is a hybrid delivery and consulting role focused on implementing and optimising CRM solutions for enterprise clients. You'll manage end-to-end delivery-from requirements and configuration through to user adoption-while also identifying new opportunities to extend platform use and grow the client pipeline.
You'll thrive in this role if you're commercially minded, confident engaging with stakeholders on-site, and comfortable blending delivery excellence with proactive account and pipeline development.
Lead CRM platform delivery from requirements gathering to go-live and post-implementation support.
Build and manage strong stakeholder relationships across operational, IT, and business teams.
Drive user engagement, adoption, and training to ensure platform success.
Act as the key liaison between client teams and internal technical/product experts.
Identify and qualify new opportunities within existing client accounts, building a steady pipeline of follow-on work.
Contribute to account growth plans, proposals, and scoping of future projects.
Proactively manage delivery risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring on-time outcomes.
Provide structured feedback to product and leadership teams on client needs and enhancement requests.
Represent the SaaS brand with professionalism and act as a trusted advisor on site.
Strong stakeholder management and client engagement experience in technology or SaaS environments.
Proven experience delivering CRM or SaaS implementations (Salesforce, Dynamics 365, HubSpot, or equivalent) - preferred but not a pre-requsite.
Demonstrated ability to identify, qualify, and grow a work pipeline through strong client relationships.
Background in delivery consulting, project management, or solution implementation roles.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable working independently on client site with remote support from central teams.
