About the Role
We are seeking a Manager with proven Big 4 consulting experience and deep financial services sector expertise to join a Transformation team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Consultant or Manager level consultant to join a great team direct with industry. In this role, you will be hands on within transformation engagements for a leading financial services organisation, optimize processes, and deliver large-scale change across business and technology domains.
- Lead end-to-end transformation engagements
- Work within multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects such as operating model redesign, process re-engineering, cost reduction, and digital transformation.
- Oversee delivery quality, project governance, and stakeholder management to ensure successful client outcomes.
- Lead and oversee business analysis activities, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and definition of functional and non-functional specifications to support effective solution design and delivery
- Apply structured consulting methodologies and change management practices to support transformation delivery.
Required Experience & Skills
- 4+ years of experience, including minimum 2 years in a Big 4 consulting environment (e.g., Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG).
- Proven experience in transformation projects for FS clients
- Strong knowledge of banking operating models, risk and regulatory frameworks, and transformation challenges.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and deliver results in fast-paced, client-facing environments.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure and deliver complex programs.
