Our client is expanding their design team and looking for talented Principal Experience Designers to help shape the future of customer and business experiences.

• Sydney location
• Permanent & day rate opportunities

You'll work across data-driven design, AI tools (Copilot, WAID), and scalable systems (GEL), turning business goals into meaningful, user-centred solutions.

What You'll Be Doing

• Design high-quality, user-focused experiences across multiple platforms and journeys.
• Partner with stakeholders to guide design strategy and influence decisions.
• Leverage research and data to inform design choices and track impact.
• Help grow and maintain our GEL design system, integrating AI where it adds value.
• Mentor colleagues and actively contribute to our design community.

What We're Looking For

• Passion for creating exceptional, user-centred experiences.
• Strong UX portfolio demonstrating real-world impact.
• Experience with design systems and collaborating across teams.
• Comfortable working with AI-powered design workflows.
• Strategic thinker who can influence outcomes across business levels.
• Financial services experience not required
• Previous AI experience a plus.
