A leading financial services program is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support risk, reporting, governance and fraud-related initiatives. This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail and financial services experience.

About the Role

You'll support project managers and stakeholders across multiple workstreams, providing coordination, governance support and high-quality reporting to keep delivery on track.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project activities, schedules and documentation
  • Maintain RAID logs, plans and reporting
  • Prepare governance packs, reports and minutes
  • Support stakeholder communication
  • Track risks, issues, milestones and dependencies
  • Assist with governance and PMO process uplift
  • Organise meetings and workshops

Skills & Experience

  • Project Coordinator or PMO Analyst experience in financial services
  • Background in risk, governance, reporting, fraud or operations
  • Strong organisation, detail orientation and written communication
  • Confident stakeholder engagement
  • Proficient with MS Office and project tools
