Talenza are partnering with a leading enterprise organisation to secure an experienced Senior Change Manager to lead enterprise-wide change across a large-scale Regulatory Compliance Program.
This is a high-impact role working directly with executive leaders to drive behavioural, cultural and capability uplift across multiple business units. You will own and deliver the program-wide change strategy, ensuring all behavioural, communication and capability changes required for regulatory uplift are embedded consistently across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the enterprise Change Strategy.
Lead stakeholder analysis and engagement planning.
Conduct top-down change impact assessments across Business Units.
Partner with SteerCo, ELT and Program Sponsor to uplift compliance culture.
Drive capability uplift initiatives (risk maturity, behavioural change).
Align with People & Culture on culture survey outcomes and HR framework updates.
Deliver structured communications and engagement plans.
Support Phase 2 Controls uplift implementation planning.
Develop program exit and BAU transition strategy.
Key Selection Criteria:
Senior Manager / Director-level change leader, but passionate about staying hands-on.
- Demonstrable experience with regulatory or compliance-driven transformations/projects.
Strong enterprise change expertise (PROSCI, ADKAR or similar).
Proven experience influencing executive stakeholders.
Highly structured communicator with strong engagement capability.
Able to lead organisations through complex, enterprise-wide change.
