Matt oversees The Transformation Group's (TTG) people strategy, including our renowned brands Talenza and Tranzformd, while working closely with clients to develop and implement innovative wellbeing and performance initiatives.
TTG, the holding company for Talenza and Tranzformd, specialises in workforce solutions and business consulting throughout Australia. Our commitment to delivering exceptional services and innovative solutions is strengthened by Matt's extensive expertise.
Matt brings a wealth of experience to TTG, holding degrees in accounting, business, and psychology. His leadership journey includes founding Ripen, a leading workplace wellbeing consultancy that supports clients across over 30 countries, providing invaluable insights into employee resilience and organizational performance.
