• Lead business analysis activities for a new client management system implementation.
• Engage effectively with external vendors to drive project outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across multiple business units to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
• Document business processes, identify gaps, and propose innovative solutions.
• Support the project lifecycle, from scoping and analysis to delivery and post-implementation review.

• Experience: Demonstrated tenure as a Business Analyst, preferably in aged care, healthcare, or similar sectors.
• Approach: A holistic mindset with the ability to see the big picture and deep dive into details when required.
• Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and drive outcomes with diverse groups.
• Technical Savvy: Proven experience working on client management systems or similar platforms. Understanding of the SDLC or precious software implemention eperience.
