We are seeking a Scrum Master to join their team to deliver quality outcomes as part of group technology.

You will be an experienced Scrum Master or Iteration Manager with a proven track record in This is an initial 6-month contract, with the potential for more work, so we are looking for candidates who can quickly step in, make an impact, and guide teams through a critical period of delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Agile Facilitation: Lead and support teams in delivering via Agile methodologies, ensuring collaboration and continuous improvement.

Agile Delivery: Ensure the successful and timely delivery of Agile projects by driving accountability, overseeing sprint progress, and removing roadblocks that could delay outcomes.

Agile Coaching: Provide coaching and training to teams and individuals, whether they are new to Agile or have more experience, ensuring a smooth and effective transition.

Stakeholder Management: Engage with leadership and team members to ensure alignment, communication, and buy-in for Agile principles.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in agile environments ideally within banking or financial services
• Strong organisational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
