Talenza are currently seeking an Infrastructure Team Lead for an ASX listed healthcare associated business. The successful candidate will have experience being both hands on with cloud and application infrastructure as well as coordinating a team to work towards deliverable outcomes.

Essential Requirements

• Proven experience in a leadership role within an IT infrastructure team.
• Comfortable with being hands on when required.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft technologies, including Defender, Azure Active Directory, Azure Key Vault, SharePoint, Teams, and Windows 10/11.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and hands-on approach to leadership.
