Talenza has been engaged to source a data-savvy Senior Manager for a greenfield digital transformation.

Required experience:

• 5+ years experience as a techno-functional consultant/business analyst role including proven experience in performing E2E business analysis tasks, from requirements gathering to solution implementation
• Prior experience within global markets/ institutional banking programs
• Experience within digital platforms and digital products with data implementation
• Data mapping, modelling, ETL and event streaming
• Advanced SQL, teradata
• Prior experience and strong knowledge of transactional banking products
• strong agile experience including backlog management
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• background in a Big 4 Consultancy would be highly regarded

Candidates must have full work rights and be based in Sydney for consideration.

• 12M day rate contract up to $930 + super p.d
• Likely extension/ conversion to perm
• 3 days office attendance
