About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced TIBCO Specialist to join our dynamic team in Sydney. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on professional with expertise in TIBCO EBX Master Data Management (MDM) to play a critical role in the development, configuration, and administration of our EBX platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and configure data models and hierarchies in TIBCO EBX MDM.
• Define and implement business rules to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Configure and manage workflows within the EBX system.
• Provide hands-on administrative support, including installation, configuration, and upgrades of TIBCO EBX and its components.
• Manage user access, roles, and permissions to maintain security and governance.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure optimal performance.

Requirements:

• Proven hands-on experience with TIBCO EBX MDM development and administration.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, business rules, and workflow configuration.
• Experience with system installation, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to manage user roles, permissions, and access control.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to system management.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
