As a Product Owner, you will own and shape the vision, roadmap, and delivery of mortgage insurance products tailored for lenders and financial institutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders, underwriters, actuaries, and technology teams to define and implement digital solutions that enhance efficiency, compliance, and customer experience.

• Define and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating requirements into actionable user stories.

• Lead the end-to-end product life cycle, from discovery to delivery, ensuring a seamless experience for internal and external users.

• Work closely with underwriting, claims, and operations teams to optimise mortgage insurance processes.

• Collaborate with developers, UX designers, and data analysts to create innovative solutions that drive business growth.

• Stay ahead of market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes affecting the mortgage insurance industry.

• Drive stakeholder engagement and ensure clear communication of product vision and roadmap.

• Champion Agile and Scrum methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
