Business Analyst - UAM

Location: Sydney, 3 days a week office attendance
Job Type: 12 month contract

day rate: $875-$975 inclusive of super per day

We are looking for a strong Business Analyst with strong expertise in Excel and role mining to support a UAM program.

• Work with key stakeholders across the bank
• Extract and analyze data from SailPoint and generate basic reports.
• Compare SailPoint data with HR records to ensure consistency in access management.
• Conduct role mining to identify application and entitlement access needs for different teams.
• Work extensively with spreadsheets, leveraging pivot tables for data analysis and visualization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize role-based access controls.
• Support ongoing UAM initiatives, including access review and compliance checks.

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role in a high governed organization
• Strong proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and data manipulation.
• Experience with SailPoint IdentityNow/IdentityIQ or similar UAM tools.
• Familiarity with role mining and entitlement analysis.
• Ability to work with large datasets and generate meaningful insights.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Exposure to CyberArk or other IAM tools is a plus
