Talenza have been engaged by an Australian financial services client to find a solution architect to work on a high profile contact centre uplift project. The successful candidate will have domain specific knowledge relating to contact centre architecture (essential).
Candidates must be currently located in Brisbane with PR or citizenship.

Responsibilities and requirements
- Experienced solution architect with 5+ years experience specifically working on contact centre projects.
- Telephony and VoiP knowlege (essential)
- Experience across contact centre system integrations.
- Experience working with Genesys on-prem infrastructure and Genesys cloud architecture.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership skills, must be able to build strong relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Financial services experience (preferred but not essential)
