We are looking for a Head of Applications and Integrations to lead our clents talented team, streamline operations, and ensure seamless system integration. Key Responsibilities
Leadership and Strategy
Provide strong leadership and strategic direction to the Applications and Integrations teams, fostering a high-performing, innovative, and collaborative culture.
Empower managers and team members with the skills, confidence, and structure needed to excel.
Align people, processes, and technology to support organisational growth and success.
Operational Excellence
Implement service improvements by standardising workflows, governance frameworks, and documentation.
Optimise resource allocation to enhance efficiency and ensure timely project delivery.
Address technical debt and modernise systems to future-proof the technology landscape.
Project Delivery & Innovation
Lead and oversee key IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
Manage priorities effectively, balancing service improvement, process optimisation, and technology modernisation.
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure seamless execution.
Integration & Collaboration
Facilitate the seamless integration of the Applications and Integrations team into IT Service Operations.
Promote cross-team collaboration to enhance communication, efficiency, and alignment across IT functions.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with business needs.
Capability Building & Team Development
Invest in team growth through training, mentoring, and structured career development initiatives.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and high performance.
Performance & Reporting
Define and monitor KPIs to assess project impact and operational success.
Provide regular reports to leadership, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
What You Bring
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
8-10 years of IT management experience, with expertise in applications, integrations, and service operations.
5+ years of leadership experience in a senior managerial role.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive service improvements, and deliver technology transformations.
Strong skills in change management, coaching, and team development.
Experience in optimising processes, improving documentation, and managing technical debt.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Desirable Skills:
Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or other relevant frameworks.
Experience in not-for-profit or complex operational environments.
