Description

As a Junior Project Manager, you will play a critical role in managing the end-to-end delivery of software implementation projects for schools, universities, and educational institutions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor the implementation of education-focused software solutions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong and collaborative relationships.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.

  • Facilitate project meetings, track progress, and prepare regular updates for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure deliverables align with client requirements.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify areas for improvement.

About You:

We're looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and eager to learn. You don't need years of experience but must be ready to roll up your sleeves and take ownership of projects.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and teams.

  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project).
  • A relevant degree or diploma in IT, Business, or a related field.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience working within the education sector or on projects involving education technology.
  • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PRINCE2, CAPM, or Scrum Master) is a plus.
