Talenza are working exclusively with a thriving Insurance organisation who are looking for a Senior Strategic Planning Analyst to join their PMO function at a critical period on an initial 12 month FTC.

This will be working in a fast paced and quite lean environment, partnering closely with the Delivery team in order to successfully execute towards their overarching strategic. A highly critical aspect of this role is the focus on quarterly business planning, so experience of this is critical, coupled with fantastic stakeholder engagement skills and high attention to detail.

You will also be heavily involved in resource planning, working with the team of Program Delivery Managers, in order to ensure that the team is set up to succeed.

This is a very important role for the organisation and the team needs proactive, hands on individuals with a mindset that no job is too large or too small.
