Role Overview
As a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing D365 F&O solutions to support business needs. As part of their ongoing modernization strategy, they are migrating from Dynamics AX to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) drive the transition. You will play a crucial role in the AX to D365 migration, leveraging Azure Power Platform to enhance automation and integration capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the migration from Dynamics AX to D365 F&O, ensuring minimal business disruption
- Architect scalable, high-performance D365 solutions tailored to finance and operations needs
- Develop integration strategies using Azure Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
- Collaborate with finance, IT, and operations teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Optimize financial workflows, reporting, and automation within D365 F&O
- Provide technical guidance and best practices for solution design, customization, and performance optimization
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with industry standards
- Work closely with vendors and third-party partners to integrate Medius and AlayaCare into the D365 ecosystem
- Lead user training, adoption strategies, and post-implementation support
Key Requirements
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
- Strong background in Dynamics AX upgrades and migrations to D365 F&O
- Hands-on expertise in Azure Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
- Solid understanding of finance and operations processes in an enterprise setting
- Experience in data migration, integrations, and automation
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Healthcare industry experience is a plus
- Familiarity with Medius (AP automation) and AlayaCare (home healthcare software) is advantageous
- Microsoft certifications in D365 F&O and Azure are a plus
