Rate: $950 + super

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join a team and play a key role in a large-scale transformation and customer journey enhancement.

• Work across agile and waterfall methodologies in a disciplined project management framework.
• Support large-scale migration and transformation projects in a customer-focused environment.
• Provide high-level insights into technology solutions and process reengineering where required.

• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst in complex transformation programs within banking
• Prior experience working on a end-to-end customer journey within banking
• Strong end-to-end project management exposure, especially in a customer-centric environment.
• Ability to navigate both agile and waterfall methodologies with a clear project agenda
• Strong experience on key banking products
• Customer migration experience
• Jira, Confluence
