Are you a Senior Data Analyst looking for a change and wanting to be a part of a massive digital transformation? We are looking for multiple Senior Data Analysts to join our client's major ERP digital transformation project, playing a key role in driving data insights and supporting strategic business decisions. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract based in Sydney, offering $150,000 + superannuation.

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and insights that support a smooth transition to Microsoft Dynamics 365. You will develop dashboards, analyse key performance metrics, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance high quality data-driven decision-making.

• Analyse and interpret complex data sets to support business and transformation goals.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, SQL, or other visualization tools.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across multiple systems.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting needs.
• Identify trends, anomalies and actionable insights to support strategic business objectives.
• Support data migration efforts by identifying and mitigating data-related risks.
• Collaborate with technical teams to enhance data structures and reporting capabilities.

• Proven experience as a Senior Data Analyst in enterprise environments.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Excel, and data visualization tools.
• Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP systems.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business insights.
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work with large datasets and maintain a level of high accuracy throughout.
• Experience in healthcare or aged care environments in a plus.
• Knowledge of cloud-based data solutions (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is a plus.
