We are seeking a Systems Administrator to join a leading cyber security organization in Sydney. In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting corporate IT infrastructure, troubleshooting technical issues, and contributing to security compliance programs. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 2-3 years of experience in system administration or corporate IT support who is eager to work in a security-conscious environment and explore automation.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 2-3 years in IT support, helpdesk, or system administration.
• Experience with Windows and macOS environments.
• Experience managing Microsoft 365 and Azure AD tenancies.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of endpoint security, access control, and compliance best practices.
• Scripting experience in PowerShell or Python (preferred).
• Exposure to Essential 8, ISO27001, or security compliance frameworks (desirable).

Role Accountabilities:

• Provide Level 1 & Level 2 IT support, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manage user accounts, access controls, and security policies in Microsoft 365 & Azure AD.
• Support onboarding/offboarding processes, including device provisioning.
• Assist with security compliance programs, patch management, and business continuity planning.
• Identify and implement automation solutions to improve IT operations.
• Maintain IT asset management and inventory tracking.
