Are you a data-driven professional with expertise in analytics, business insights, and financial services? We are looking for a Data Analytics Manager to join our Business Lending Product Team on a 12-month contract in Sydney. What You'll Do:

• Develop and deploy data-driven insights to solve complex business problems.
• Design and deliver intuitive data visualizations for senior stakeholders.
• Gather, structure, and analyze large datasets using advanced data tools.
• Build and enhance data logic, structure, and visualizations for strategic projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation in Business Lending.

What We're Looking For:

✔ Education: Degree in Mathematics, Finance, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
✔ Technical Skills: Python/R, SQL (Teradata), ETL systems (BTEQ, MLOAD, FLOAD), Microsoft Office Suite.
✔ Analytics & Insights: Proven experience in statistical analysis, financial data modelling, and dashboard development.
✔ Finance & Risk: Understanding of capital allocation, risk-weighted assets (RWA), and financial modelling.
✔ Problem-Solving: Strong analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement (Lean Six Sigma is a plus).
