As part of this journey, we're looking for a Senior Systems Administrator to join the team and play a pivotal role in building out the organisation's next-generation infrastructure. Whether your background is Windows or Linux, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to a highly visible program of work that will leave a lasting impact.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Supporting the end-to-end build and migration of infrastructure platforms across on-premises and virtualised environments.
• Providing deep technical expertise across Windows Server or Linux (RHEL or Ubuntu) operating systems.
• Managing and optimising VMware virtualisation platforms to ensure performance, scalability, and availability.
• Automating day-to-day tasks and infrastructure deployments through scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or Python highly desirable).
• Troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues across compute, storage, and virtualisation layers.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver a modern, highly resilient technology environment.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Senior Systems Administrator in enterprise-scale environments.
• Deep expertise in either Windows Server or Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu) platforms.
• Strong hands-on experience with VMware virtualisation technologies.
• Scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python would be a huge advantage.
• Previous experience working on data centre migrations or infrastructure transformation projects is highly desirable.
• A collaborative mindset and a passion for solving technical challenges.
