Come contract for Global Salesforce Partner that specialise in Financial Services, Public Sector and Non-for-profit implementations. They have flexible working arrangements with hybrid offices.
Role:
Join an in-flight CPQ project. As a senior functional consult, you will be responsible for leading Salesforce CPQ functional requirements discovery, design and build activities for the engagement and aligning these to out-of-the-box Salesforce functionality. You will provide Salesforce expertise and guidance to clients and through the successful planning, onboarding, execution, and driving delivery of projects.
- Design, configure, and deploy Salesforce CPQ solutions, including pricing rules, product bundles, discounting models, and approval workflows.
- Optimize Quote-to-Cash processes to ensure seamless sales and revenue operations.
- Provide expert advice and best practices for Salesforce CPQ solutions, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and validation of CPQ solutions to meet business needs.
- Deliver user training, documentation, and post-implementation support for clients.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including developers and architects, to ensure successful project delivery.
You will have:
- 3 + years experience implementing and configuring Salesforce CPQ
- Must have experience with Advanced approvals and Quote line Draw
- Omnistudio experience a highly advantageous
- Delivered projects across Sales, Service, Experience or marketing cloud
- Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash processes, product configuration, pricing models, and approval workflows.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce tools, including Sales Cloud and automation tools (e.g., flows, process builder).
- Ability to Drive workshops, technical discussions, design and outcomes
- Solid understanding of Salesforce data models and ability to configure solutions without heavy coding.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience integrating Salesforce CPQ with other platforms (ERP, billing systems) is a plus.
