We are currently seeking expressions of interest for experienced Enterprise Architects to join our team. As an Enterprise Architect, you will play a key role in aligning technology solutions with our client's business objectives, ensuring the seamless integration of systems, and driving long-term IT strategies.

By joining Tranzformd, you will be working with ASX listed companies on transformation strategies, initiatives and programs of work. This might include but is not limited to the following:

• Strategic IT Alignment: Develop and execute a comprehensive IT architecture strategy that supports our client's business goals and ensures the alignment of technology investments with organisational objectives.
• Architecture Design: Design and implement enterprise-wide architecture solutions that support scalability, efficiency, security, and flexibility. Create high-level architecture models, roadmaps, and blueprints that define the structure and behaviour of enterprise systems.
• System Integration: Oversee the integration of various systems and technologies across the organisation, ensuring interoperability and alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
• Technology Governance: Establish and enforce technology standards, guidelines, and frameworks to ensure consistent, efficient, and secure design and development practices across the organization.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our clients, company leaders, IT teams, and other stakeholders to ensure that business requirements are understood and translated into effective architectural solutions. Provide expertise and guidance on the selection of technology solutions.
• Solution Evaluation & Selection: Assess and recommend new technologies and tools that can enhance business processes, improve operational efficiency, and support future growth.
• Risk Management & Compliance: Identify potential risks related to the IT architecture and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, particularly in data privacy and security improvements, optimizations, or redesigns based on evolving business needs or technological advancements.
• Documentation & Communication: Document architecture designs, processes, and decisions. Present architectural roadmaps, key milestones, and updates to senior management and other stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, IT systems design, or a similar role, with a strong understanding of both business and technology needs. Ideally previous consultancy experience.
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in architecture frameworks and a broad understanding of modern technologies such as cloud computing, microservices, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, and data management solutions.
• Architecture Design & Development: Strong experience in designing and implementing enterprise-level systems, integrations, and IT infrastructures. Hands-on experience with architecture modeling tools and technologies.
• Business Acumen: Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, demonstrating an understanding of the organisation's core objectives, processes, and challenges.
• Leadership & Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with various teams, present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and influence decision-making.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of identifying challenges and developing innovative architectural solutions.
