We're working with a fast-scaling fintech shaking up the SME space, and they're now looking to grow their Sydney-based development team with an experienced Senior Software Developer. What You'll Do

• Design and develop robust, scalable solutions with a focus on performance and fault tolerance
• Own end-to-end delivery of key product features from planning to production
• Write clean, testable code including unit and integration tests
• Contribute to system architecture, technical direction, and mentoring of junior developers

Tech Stack & Environment

• Core Tech: Python, PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ
• Infrastructure: Kubernetes, Docker, Helm

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong software development skills in Python
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems
• Experience with containerisation and orchestration tools (Docker, K8s)
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
