The Senior ML Engineer plays a key role in productionizing ML and LLM features, focusing on MLOps/DevOps practices to build an ML/AI ecosystem from the ground up. Reporting to the ML Engineer Chapter Lead, this role ensures scalable, secure, and efficient ML deployments while integrating AI capabilities into existing architectures. The engineer will establish engineering standards, automation pipelines, and quality controls to drive business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop scalable ML/AI solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Implement MLOps/DevOps pipelines for continuous model training and evaluation.
• Integrate ML/LLM functionalities into existing infrastructure.
• Promote quality coding practices (TDD, unit testing, secure coding).
• Maintain an agile, iterative development mindset.
• Balance business practicality with high-quality engineering.

Candidate Requirements:

• 5+ years of ML Engineering experience with hands-on MLOps/DevOps expertise.
• Proficient in Python, SQL, and AWS Cloud Development (AWS CDK preferred).
• Experience in LLM Model productization, Prompt Engineering, and RAG architectures.
• Strong background in containerization, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation.
• Deep understanding of MLOps best practices, system integration, and APIs.
• Strong communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders.
