We are seeking an experienced Marketing & Communications Manager with a passion for driving strategic transformation!

As the Marketing & Communications Manager, you will be responsible for designing, developing, executing, and reporting on impactful marketing strategies and campaigns that aim to transform the customer base and drive growth through a holistic base management approach.

12-month contract

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns to drive customer base transformation across Mobile, Home, and Content sectors.
  • Manage complex data sets to build effective marketing strategies and communications, with a focus on campaign success and continuous improvement.
  • Lead customer programs and initiatives across various channels (retail, customer support, online, and business partner channels). Ensure frontline teams are aligned with current market offers and upcoming customer propositions.
  • Work closely with campaign delivery analysts, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Bring a strategic marketing lens to base transformation initiatives while adapting to business planning cycles within a matrix organization.


Experience:

  • Strong background in campaign management and stakeholder management (both internal and external).
  • Experience in designing and executing large-scale marketing campaigns within tight timeframes and budgets.
  • Proficient in working with complex data and comfortable collaborating with data teams.
  • Previous experience in a matrix organization with an ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A passion for continually improving campaign effectiveness and driving results.
