We are seeking a skilled Senior Manager to assist with a key Financial Crime project. This role involves identifying, monitoring, and managing FC requirements to ensure compliance with regulatory obligations. The Senior Manager will define project requirements, establish success criteria, and align outcomes with the bank's FC strategy.

• 12M day rate contract with likely extension
• Day rate: $1000-$1050 plus super per day
• Office attendance two days per week

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing end-to-end project lifecycles, from initial request to implementation, following SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure business objectives and compliance needs are met.
• Driving project execution, overseeing estimation, approvals, requirements gathering, and delivery.

The ideal candidate will have experience within financial crime projects and a strong understanding of financial crime regulations, plus the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable solutions.

Required experience:

• Prior experience a Senior Manager (financial crime) within banking
• Extensive experience within financial crime programs within banking including FATCA, CRS, AML, CTF, KYC
• Prior end-to-end delivery on a financial crime program within banking
• Experience providing advisory in Financial Crime transformation project environment (must)

Candidates must be based in Sydney with full Australian work rights. Candidates outside of NSW will not be considered unless noted as relocating to Sydney.
