Job Title: Senior Business Analyst - Banking

Contract Type: 12 month contract + extension

About the Role:
We're looking for a dynamic Business Analyst with a solid background in the banking sector to join a growing transformation team. This mid-level role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is eager to make a tangible impact across large-scale change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with business and technology stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements across various change programs.

• Contribute to end-to-end transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategic objectives.

• Drive delivery within your domain, acting as a key liaison between teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Support planning and execution activities during project phases, from discovery through to implementation.

• Collaborate on data and system migration efforts where required, ensuring business continuity and minimal disruption.

Requirements:

• 8+ years Business Analysis experience

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within the banking or financial services industry

• Prior Big 4 consulting experience would be advantageous

• Hands-on involvement in business transformation projects, ideally in regulated environments.

• Strong understanding of project delivery lifecycles, with demonstrable experience contributing to successful outcomes.

• Experience with migration projects (desirable but not essential).

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
