Talenza have a great opportunity to work with a Global Insurance organisation who are in the thick of an exciting Modernisation and Digitalisation journey and are looking for someone from a strong Data and Analytics background who has a passion for leading teams and managing relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.

Ideally you will come from an Insurance background, and ideally have worked with Guidewire, coupled with Databricks and Azure exposure.

You will be looking to take the next step in your career above and beyond being purely Data and Delivery focused, moving into a Senior Leadership position within a really great team who have ambitions to further expand.

This role requires an array of skills, both technical as well as in terms of Project planning, resource planning and by way of steering the strategic direction of the team, with excellent EQ skills and acute soft skills.
