The Role:

As a Business Development Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective customers, helping drive new business opportunities and pipeline growth. Partnering closely with sales and marketing teams, your goal is to identify, engage, and qualify leads, contributing directly to the company's continued growth in the ANZ market.

About You

  • 1-3 years in a BDR/SDR, inside sales, or lead generation role - ideally within cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise tech is desirable.
  • Strong communication skills and a consultative approach to client engagement.
  • Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Self-motivated, organised, and eager to build a career in tech sales.

Key Accountabilities

  • Generate and qualify inbound and outbound leads (CRM, calls, emails, LinkedIn).
  • Understand client needs and position relevant solutions to spark meaningful conversations.
  • Work closely with Account Executives to book meetings and hand over qualified opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing to align on campaigns and outreach strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of activity and pipeline in CRM.
