You'll be part of a dedicated Change Management Office, contributing to the successful delivery of a flagship change program with visibility across the entire firm.

What You'll Do:

• Lead end-to-end change management delivery across a major transformation program; managing change into operational centre
• Conduct impact assessments, readiness reviews, and stakeholder engagement planning
• Develop and implement actionable change strategies to support and influence senior leaders into this new way of working for firm-wide adoption
• Drive training needs analysis and lead the creation of tailored learning initiatives
• Partner closely with transformation teams, SMEs, and senior stakeholders
• Design and deliver clear, targeted communications and engagement plans

What You Bring:

• Proven experience in large-scale change initiatives, ideally with tech rollout and operating model exposure
• Previous experience delivering change into a blue collar or unionised environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and working independently
• Practical experience using agile delivery methods in complex environments
• Deep understanding of change processes and human behaviour in transformation
• Ability to influence and build trust with senior leadership
