We're a well-established not-for-profit dedicated to [insert cause/mission if known], and we're on the lookout for a Systems & Support Administrator to join our close-knit IT team. The Role:

As the Systems & Support Administrator, you'll play a key role in ensuring our internal systems and users are supported and secure. You'll be the go-to person for day-to-day support, while also taking ownership of systems administration tasks across our Windows environment.

This is a varied role covering Level 1 through Level 3 responsibilities, ideal for someone who enjoys both hands-on support and backend systems work.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-to-end IT support to staff (L1-L3), troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.

  • Administer and maintain Windows-based systems and services.

  • Manage Active Directory, including user provisioning, group policy, and security permissions.

  • Support and manage devices using Microsoft Intune.

  • Monitor and respond to security alerts via Microsoft Sentinel.

  • Work closely with the broader team to support ongoing IT projects and improvements.

  • Maintain documentation and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a Systems or IT Support role, ideally across L1-L3.

  • Strong skills in:

    • Windows Server and Desktop environments

    • Active Directory administration

    • Microsoft Intune (device and policy management)

    • Microsoft Sentinel (basic security alert monitoring/response)

  • A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of tasks.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
