Business Analyst - Martech - Permanent Opportunity

Location: Sydney | 3 days office attendance per week

Talenza has been engaged to source an experienced Business Analyst to support a Martech team within financial services.

The role

• Drive the implementation of Adobe Experience Platform solutions, particularly Adobe Journey Optimizer and Real-time CDP.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, product, and technology to gather requirements and shape technical specifications.
• Translate complex business needs into actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and integration patterns.
• Contribute to backlog grooming, sprint planning, and solution delivery in an agile setting.
• Champion testing and quality assurance processes to ensure reliable, high-quality outcomes

Experience required:

• 4 + years Business Analyst experience
• Experience with Adobe Experience Platform, Journey Optimizer, and Real-time CDP.
• Strong background in developing business and technical documentation, including user stories and specs.
• Familiarity with APIs, third-party integrations, and customer data pipelines.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• A detail-oriented approach to quality assurance and testing.
