Full Stack Developer (.NET / React / Azure)
Permanent | $160k-$170k + 20% Bonus

We're hiring a Full Stack Developer to join a Tier 1 Property & Construction company based in Sydney. This permanent role offers stability, career growth and the chance to work on greenfield builds with a small, high-performing dev team.

• $160k-$170k (incl super) + 20% bonus
• 3 days per week in our Sydney CBD office | Flexibility + team connection
• Supportive culture with excellent tenure, events, and collaboration

• Building greenfield applications as part of a lean team (2x Seniors + 2x Data Engineers, Architect, Tech Lead)
• Focusing on front-end development using React, React Native
• Working across back-end APIs and systems with C#/.NET (Framework & Core)
• Building out new AI capability
• Developing in the cloud, ideally Azure (AWS experience also welcome)

• Proven mid-level experience delivering full stack solutions
• Strong front-end skills with React, and capable back-end dev in .NET
• Cloud-ready: Azure preferred, but AWS is fine too
• Able to work autonomously, but love being part of a high-performing team
