We are currently looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead a critical Integration Program over a 12-month maxed term working with one of Tranzformd's key clients. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future state of a business post-transaction or transformation - bringing systems, processes, and people together seamlessly.

By joining Tranzformd, you will be working with ASX listed companies on transformation strategies, initiatives and programs of work. This might include but is not limited to the following:

• Own the integration roadmap and delivery plan across systems, processes, and people.
• Engage senior stakeholders to align on key decisions around business architecture and operating model.
• Work closely with functional leads (IT, HR, Finance, Ops, etc.) to identify integration points and lead change across each area.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and change impacts proactively.
• Drive clear and consistent communication across both organisations to support a smooth and successful transition.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience leading complex integration programs, ideally post-merger or acquisition.
• Come from a consulting background- ideally the big 4.
• Strong background in program management, with a structured and outcome-focused approach.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills - able to navigate competing priorities, bring people on the journey, and drive decisions.
• A calm, confident presence in times of ambiguity and change.
