Role: Salesforce Developer
Day Rate: $1000 + Super
Contract Length: Initial contrac until 31/12/25 (possible extension)
Location: Parramatta/WFH

We're on the lookout for a seasoned Salesforce Developer to deliver custom solutions and optimise existing Salesforce environments across Education Cloud, Service Cloud, and Public Sector Solutions. This long-term contract role offers a hybrid work setup with an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce & Lightning Web Components

• Support, maintain and improve existing Salesforce solutions for optimal performance

• Integrate Salesforce with other systems using web services and APIs

• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to gather requirements and drive enhancements

• Ensure Salesforce security and development standards are met

• Participate in the full SDLC, including testing and deployment

• Document technical solutions including user guides, release notes, and design docs

• Stay current with Salesforce features and recommend best practices

• Conduct code reviews and troubleshoot complex issues across platforms

About You

• 7-10 years of Salesforce Development & Admin experience

• Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Component Framework

• Strong experience with Salesforce data models, standard/custom objects, roles & permissions

• Proven ability with API integrations, Agile teams & cross-functional collaboration

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar

• Excellent communication skills

Preffered Skills

• Salesforce certifications (Platform Dev I/II, App Builder)

• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery

• Familiarity with Community Cloud, DevOps & CI/CD pipelines
