We are currently looking for experienced Service Delivery Manager 12 month FT join our team. As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery and performance of technology services across a complex and evolving environment. This role plays a key part in driving operational excellence, ensuring service quality, managing risk, and enabling continuous improvement. You'll lead a high-performing team, collaborate closely with stakeholders, and contribute to the strategic direction of technology service management.

Technology & Service Operations
- Develop and maintain sustainable processes that support system understanding, product development, and business operations.
- Lead day-to-day service operations, ensuring effective incident and problem management to reduce disruptions.
- Oversee service delivery outcomes, including SLA and OLA compliance, contract management, and vendor performance.
- Drive efficient change, release, and configuration management practices.
- Deliver actionable operational insights to enhance performance and reduce inefficiencies.
- Lead cost optimization initiatives, including cloud spend analysis and reporting (FinOps).
- Ensure service design aligns with best practices and integrates seamlessly with existing processes and methodologies.
- Develop and maintain a detailed configuration management database to support service mapping and visibility.
- Manage risk and vulnerability assessments, ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards.
Leadership & Strategy
- Lead and evolve service delivery processes, methodologies, and tools to drive measurable improvements.
- Inspire, mentor, and guide a high-performing team focused on delivering exceptional results.
- Build strong relationships across technology and business teams, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Promote awareness, ownership, and accountability for risk across technology operations.
Customer & Relationship Management
- Develop strong, trust-based relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of new services, meeting customer expectations from day one.
- Provide outstanding customer service by proactively addressing issues and delivering reliable solutions.
- Collaborate with business partners to understand strategic goals and translate them into aligned service outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in IT, including 3+ years in a service delivery leadership role.
- Strong background in managing large-scale, complex technology environments.
- Proven track record in SLA/OLA management, vendor and contract oversight, and driving continuous improvement.
- Experience conducting audits and implementing improvement initiatives to promote service consistency and quality.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to build high-performing, motivated teams.
- Working knowledge across all technical support levels (Level 1-3).
- Industry experience in a complex, service-oriented business environment (preferred).
