Role: PMO Analyst
Day Rate: $900 + Super
Contract Length: 12-months
Location: Sydney CBD/WFH Flex

The Role

We're seeking a highly motivated Senior PMO Analyst to support a SAP S/4HANA Upgrade Program within our large NSW Government client. You'll lead governance, assurance, and reporting activities to ensure project excellence and alignment with departmental priorities.

What you'll do:

• Develop and maintain program governance frameworks and reporting structures.

• Drive assurance reviews, risk management, and compliance activities.

• Liaise with delivery partners and stakeholders to align on project goals and standards.

• Deliver actionable insights through dashboards, reports, and performance analysis.

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and lessons learned.

About you:

• 7+ years' experience in PMO/governance/reporting roles, preferably within NSW Government.

• Strong skills in project governance, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement.

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or major tech transformations highly regarded.

• Confident communicator, collaborator, and problem solver.

• PM certification desirable.
