Talenza has been engaged by a leading professional services firm to source an experienced Oracle Implementation Manager to lead the successful deployment of Oracle applications across a large-scale transformation program. This is a high-impact role focused on managing Oracle ERP or EPM implementations and ensuring alignment with the client's strategic objectives.

This position will suit a seasoned Implementation Manager with strong leadership capabilities, stakeholder engagement skills, and deep expertise in Oracle application suites.
About You:
  • Experience leading large enterprise transformation programs.
  • Superior communication skills, able to influence and engage senior stakeholders effectively.
  • Proven experience delivering end-to-end Oracle ERP or EPM implementations across complex environments.
  • Excellent project leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.
  • Confident communicator who can engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Organised and delivery-focused, with a proactive mindset and strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation of Oracle solutions including planning, configuration, testing, deployment and post-go-live support.
  • Work with client stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle solutions.
  • Manage the project plan, resources, risk and issue registers, and status reporting.
  • Coordinate workstreams across functional, technical, and business teams.
  • Ensure integration of Oracle modules aligns with broader enterprise architecture.
  • Oversee data migration, system configuration, user training and change management.
  • Manage vendor and partner relationships to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Identify and address potential risks and delays early, providing mitigation plans.
  • Ensure all implementation deliverables align with compliance, governance, and security standards.
Skills and Experience:
  • Strong understanding of financial processes and the ability to translate these into clear, actionable functional requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with approvals and workflow configuration, including the design and setup of Security Roles, BI & OTBI reports, Value Sets, Design Studio, and interface personalisation.
  • Extensive experience managing Oracle ERP (or Oracle Cloud) implementations.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Financials, Supply Chain, or HCM modules.
  • Consulting experience advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile and/or hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Experience working in regulated environments is advantageous.
Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Business or a related field.
  • Project Management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) is highly regarded.
  • Oracle certifications desirable but not essential.
