This is a high-impact role focused on managing Oracle ERP or EPM implementations and ensuring alignment with the client's strategic objectives.
This position will suit a seasoned Implementation Manager with strong leadership capabilities, stakeholder engagement skills, and deep expertise in Oracle application suites.
About You:
- Experience leading large enterprise transformation programs.
- Superior communication skills, able to influence and engage senior stakeholders effectively.
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end Oracle ERP or EPM implementations across complex environments.
- Excellent project leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.
- Confident communicator who can engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Organised and delivery-focused, with a proactive mindset and strong attention to detail.
- Lead the implementation of Oracle solutions including planning, configuration, testing, deployment and post-go-live support.
- Work with client stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle solutions.
- Manage the project plan, resources, risk and issue registers, and status reporting.
- Coordinate workstreams across functional, technical, and business teams.
- Ensure integration of Oracle modules aligns with broader enterprise architecture.
- Oversee data migration, system configuration, user training and change management.
- Manage vendor and partner relationships to ensure project milestones are met.
- Identify and address potential risks and delays early, providing mitigation plans.
- Ensure all implementation deliverables align with compliance, governance, and security standards.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and the ability to translate these into clear, actionable functional requirements.
- Hands-on experience with approvals and workflow configuration, including the design and setup of Security Roles, BI & OTBI reports, Value Sets, Design Studio, and interface personalisation.
- Extensive experience managing Oracle ERP (or Oracle Cloud) implementations.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Financials, Supply Chain, or HCM modules.
- Consulting experience advantageous but not essential.
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with Agile and/or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Experience working in regulated environments is advantageous.
- Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Business or a related field.
- Project Management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) is highly regarded.
- Oracle certifications desirable but not essential.
- Hybrid working - 2-3 days onsite in Melbourne
