We're seeking a proactive Business Project Manager with a strong operations and change delivery background, to lead two high-impact transformation initiatives for one of our key clients in the insurance sector. This is an initial 12 month Fixed-Term contract.

You'll be deployed on-site (hybrid) with the client, managing:

• An in-house upgrade of their Claims Platform, and
• A vendor-executed upgrade to their Complaints Platform, which will require close coordination and oversight.

This role is ideal for a consultant who thrives in client-facing environments, can build relationships quickly, and understands the intricacies of both internal operations and third-party vendor delivery.

By joining Tranzformd, you will be working with ASX listed companies on transformation strategies, initiatives and programs of work. This might include but is not limited to the following:

• Client-Facing Delivery Lead: Act as the key project interface between the client's business operations, internal IT, and external vendors.
• Project Management: Own and drive the successful delivery of both the claims and complaints platform upgrades, from mobilisation through to go-live.
• Vendor Oversight: Coordinate with third-party providers to ensure vendor milestones are aligned with client needs and operational expectations.
• Operational Insight: Bring a deep understanding of claims and complaints processes to inform solution design, impact assessments, and implementation readiness.
• Governance & Reporting: Provide structured updates into client steering groups, risk committees, and internal consulting leadership.
• Change & Transition Planning: Support the business through change, ensuring effective communications, training, and cutover planning.
• Consulting Excellence: Deliver with professionalism, insight, and integrity-always representing the consultancy's brand and values to the highest standard.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience delivering projects in regulated, operational environments (insurance, financial services, or similar).
• Strong consulting mindset - comfortable working with ambiguity, building trust with stakeholders, and delivering value quickly.
• Background in operations - ideally within or closely supporting claims or complaints teams.
• Experience managing both in-house and vendor-led business projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills - both internally and client-facing.
• Ability to deliver using Agile, Waterfall or hybrid methodologies.
• Strong risk awareness, planning, and governance capabilities.
