Description
- Join phase 2 of an on-going Salesforce Project in healthcare
- Experience with Health Cloud experience highly advantageous
- $850-$900 P/D | 6-month contract | Start date: Monday 12th May
Role:
You will be working with a highly regard Salesforces partner on a high-impact project already in Phase 2, working alongside a team of 7 on a cutting-edge Healthcare CRM transformation. This initial 6-month contract offers the opportunity to take functional ownership of a Salesforce implementation within the healthcare domain. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in Salesforce solution design, strong client-facing capability, and a background working in regulated industries, particularly healthcare.
Responsibilities:
- Lead functional design and solution workshops with business and technical stakeholders
- Documenting as-is business processes and pain points, and designing to-be processes that address pain points. Translating requirements into user stories
- Own the delivery of declarative solutions and contribute to architecture decisions
- Define user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure functional alignment across sprints
- Support user training and UAT preparation activities
You will have:
- 5+ years of experience in a Salesforce Functional Consultant or Functional Lead role
- Proven expertise working in complex, multi-phase Salesforce implementations
- Extensive experience in analysis, design and development of medium to large, complex CRM systems or similar enterprise applications.
- Consulting and implementation experience in translating business requirements to business solutions and customer outcomes.
- Executive presentation experience with excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and documentation skills
- Ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical outcomes
