We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager / Portfolio Lead to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in reshaping and executing one of our flagship data programmes for our key client. This is a unique opportunity to be at the heart of a major transformation, with accountability for both strategic oversight and hands-on delivery.

You will be responsible for providing a consolidated view across our clients portfolio of data programmes and leading the execution and re-planning of a high-impact initiative. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in leading data and/or technology programs, with the ability to engage across all levels-from technical delivery teams to senior leadership.

By joining Tranzformd, you will be working with ASX listed companies on transformation strategies, initiatives and programs of work. This might include but is not limited to the following:

• Lead the planning, execution, and re-shaping of a flagship data programme, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Create a consolidated view of the data programme portfolio, identifying interdependencies, risks, and opportunities.
• Partner with product, engineering, data, and business stakeholders to ensure programme goals are met.
• Provide clear, tailored communications to both technical teams and Senior Leadership, adapting messaging as required.
• Drive governance, reporting, and decision-making processes across the portfolio.
• Ensure program delivery is timely, within scope, and budget, while continuously assessing value and impact.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues across programmes.
• Foster a culture of high performance, transparency, and continuous improvement within program teams.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience leading complex data and/or technology transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of data platforms, data governance, and modern technology stacks.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to switch between detail-oriented and executive-level communications.
• Track record of successful portfolio management and strategic program leadership.
• High attention to detail, organizational acumen, and a proactive, outcome-driven mindset.
• Experience in fast-paced, cross-functional environments with matrixed teams.
• Experience working in government or highly complex environments or in a consulting capacity.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at all levels.
