We're seeking a skilled Technical Business Analyst to support a key M365 transition project based in Brisbane. In this role, you'll lead the assessment and documentation of business requirements across M365 services and associated technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse current usage of email groups and shared mailboxes to support the move to M365 Groups

• Define lifecycle requirements for SharePoint and OneDrive data

• Gather and document external collaboration needs

• Assess application usage on Apple MacBooks

• Document printing and scanning requirements

• Finalise RACI matrices and support documentation

• Maintain and communicate updates on business requirements, issues, and risks

About You:

• Proven experience in technical business analysis

• Strong understanding of M365 suite and collaboration tools

• Excellent stakeholder engagement and documentation skills

• Familiarity with Apple MacBook environments and enterprise printing solutions
