We're seeking an experienced M365 Specialist to lead the design and implementation of Microsoft 365 solutions, with a focus on SharePoint, Viva, and user experience. You'll work alongside M365 specialists to deliver scalable, user-centric digital workplace solutions.

• Design and implement M365 groups, data lifecycle policies, and SharePoint Intranet solutions

• Configure SharePoint workflows, site templates, and support content migration

• Set up and support Viva Engage and overall M365 user experience

• Provide input on M365 training and documentation

• Act as an escalation point for complex Windows 11 and Intune issues in collaboration with Microsoft

• Strong expertise in M365 (especially SharePoint, Viva, and data policies)

• Experience with Windows 11 and Intune support

• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder skills
