About the role
This is a newly created role to support one of their long term customers, they are shifting an existing resource to more AppSec related work for their progression and development so backfilling their role. The work itself will be split across a range of pen testing engagements across WebApp, Internal and External Infrastructure, API. As a consultancy, they cover AppSec as a specialism but have built out an expanding pen testing function and are adding more headcount in this team.

Outside of a remote first team, they offer support for training and have a great collaborative and mature culture. They are after passionate and keen team members who want to deliver good outcomes for their clients, along with a drive to improve technically.

Duties

• Work closely with one client on multiple pen testing engagements
• Manual Pen Testing work across a range of types WebApp, Infra etc
• Report writing and submission to clients
• Opportunity to upskill on AppSec from a team of experts

Skills and experience

• To be successful in this role, you will need to have prior Pen Testing experience
• 2-3 years experience in pen testing with a keenness to learn and expand skills
• Strong communication skills - written and verbal
• Maturity and ability to work in a remote first set up
• Industry certifications are highly regarded.
