We're on the lookout for a hands-on Lead Data Engineer to drive the development of our next-gen data platform and warehouse. If you're passionate about building scalable solutions and want autonomy in shaping a modern cloud-first ecosystem-this is your role. 💡

• Lead the design and build of our data platform and warehouse

• Develop ETL/ELT pipelines using SSIS, SQL, Python, and Alteryx

• Architect and implement cloud-based solutions (early AWS adoption - Snowflake a bonus!)

• Work closely with the business to craft end-to-end data solutions

• Lay strong foundations in Data Architecture and Data Governance

• Influence and lead across engineering, solution design, and best practices

• SQL Server, SSIS, Python, Alteryx

• Early cloud work in AWS (Snowflake nice-to-have)

• CI/CD, version control, and modern engineering tools

• Proven experience leading data engineering or BI teams

• Strong in ETL design, data architecture, and governance principles

• Experience building platforms from the ground up

• Comfortable working independently and leading technical decisions
